KLVH Coronavirus Update 23/03/20

Due to the latest coronavirus directives (Monday 23 March) the children’s play area is now closed. The recreation ground remains open as a public space, but this must not be used as a meeting place.  At all times the guidance given by the government and health authorities must be adhered to.
Following the directives given tonight (23/03/2020) it is with regret that we have to close our Hall for all bookings.
This will though be kept under continual review and we look forward to returning to normal operations.

KLVH and Coronavirus

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement tonight (Friday 20th March) the Village Hall is closed for social events until further notice.  It remains open for appropriate business use.

The Recreation Ground remains open for public use (but see the notice below about the play area upgrades).  If using the Recreation Ground please observe relevant social distancing precautions.

Junior Play Area Upgrade

Next week (around Wednesday 25th March) contractors are due to start replacing the old swings and slide by brand new ones.  Once that is done a separate contractor will be repairing all the Junior Play Area wetpour surfacing.

We will then be having the junior multiplay equipment repainted and repaired and we will then have a fine play area in great shape for many years to come.

KLVH and Coronavirus

The Hall remains available for all users.

The Village Hall is still operating but most regular groups are now cancelled until the end of May.

The situation will be kept under ongoing review.
