Mobile Library


The next visits of the Chippenham Mobile Library to Kington Langley are on Saturday 14th September and then Saturday 28th September. It will be in the village hall car park from 9.20 to 10 am.

Bookends – Simon & Garfunkel Through The Years

What a brilliant concert here in Kington Langley Village Hall!

Quirky Quiz

Congratulations to “The Other Enders”, the winning team at the Quirky Quiz evening held in November. The “Nosey Parkers” came a very close second, followed by the “Quizzy Lizzies” in third place.

The total amount raised on the night for the Pavilion Replacement Project was £627.75. Thank you to all who supported the event. Read on for a report and some of the answers!  (read more…)

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Kington Langley Village Hall and Recreation Ground CIO: Notice of Annual General Meeting.
All inhabitants of the Parish of Kington Langley are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Kington Langley Village Hall and Recreation Ground CIO which will take place at the Kington Langley Village Hall on Wednesday 4th July. The AGM will commence at 7.30pm and will be followed by a meeting of the trustees.

Kington Langley Helping Hands


Christmas Bingo – Wednesday 15th November, 7.30 – 9.30, £1 per book or 6 for £5. Refreshments available.


Kington Langley Croquet Club invite you to join them for a Big Breakfast on Saturday 18th November, between 9 am and 11.30 am, in the Village Hall. Raising funds towards the completion of the new croquet lawn. Details from Julia on 01249 750318 or kingtonlangleycroquetclub@gmail.com.

August is an exciting month for the Kington Langley Croquet Club as the development work begins towards creating two full sized lawns. Preparatory work will be taking place towards the end of the month, prior to the contractors starting work in September.  (read more…)
